The BTU is designed for energy calculation. It contains necessary circuits to measure flow rate and temperature for calculating, logging and displaying. Together with velocity-type flow sensor and platinum temperature sensors, the meter measures flow rate and temperature, and calculate the energy consumed. The meter can be conveniently read from and 8-digi display with units and symbols. All the data are stored in the non-volatile flash memory of the microprocessor. It can be applied to dormitory, shopping mall, department store, hotel and etc.
