The TVOC Air Quality Transmitter is designed for measuring total volatile organic compounds ranging from 125 to 600ppb. Its built-in MEMS metal oxide sensing element ensures the excellent performance of measurement along with long-term stability. The TVOC Air Quality Transmitter is equipped with RS485 signal output via industrial standard Modbus RTU protocol which makes it easy to combine with the BMS system.
VOCs are emitted as gases from certain solids or liquids, such as building materials and furnishings, office equipment, wood preservatives, cleansers and disinfectants, dry-cleaned clothing or stored fuels, automotive products, etc. Through the continuous monitoring of the total volatile organic compounds, the users can adjust the indoor air quality based on the variation of TVOC data and reduce the energy consumption in ventilation control.
